As Social Media Tender, you help CMA show up consistently and authentically online. You'll use provided resources to guide your tone and topics, so you're never starting from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to comments on CMA's Facebook and Instagram posts

• Respond to direct messages on the CMA page and relay relevant information to the team via Signal

• Share CMA posts to appropriate Facebook groups and engage with comments there

• Publish scheduled posts from the social media strategy spreadsheet at designated times

This role is a good fit for someone who's comfortable with Facebook and Instagram, enjoys connecting with people online, and can represent CMA's values with warmth and care.
